Trevor Daniel Neill is an American singer and songwriter. As he was born on September 28, 1994. His debut EP, Homesick, was discharged in October 2018 and features the song “Falling”, which hit the charts in more than twenty countries after going viral in 2019. Currently, Daniel is signed to Internet Money Records (under Alamo Records). Daniel’s “Falling” song was discharged as the lead single from his debut EP Homesick (2018) and debut studio album Nicotine (2020), by Alamo Records, Internet Money Records, and Interscope Records on October 5, 2018. The song was produced by Taz Taylor, Charlie Handsome, and KC Supreme. After a year, the song began gaining popularity on the short-form mobile video platform TikTok and in this way was included in different Spotify playlists and Viral Charts. It is his first charting single on the US Billboard Hot 100, peaking so far at number 17. On January 15, 2020, a music video was discharged.
The song was considered in “a matter of hours” during Daniel’s first studio session with record producer Taz Taylor, whose record label, Internet Money, He was recently signed to with Alamo and Interscope in July 2018. Daniel reviews that they endeavored to add a second verse to the song, however, decided against it, because “the energy just wasn’t the same”.
